Responsibilities
• Prepare machinery and paint processes for capacity-expansion projects.
• Develop and validate equipment and processes for new-model introduction.
• Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
• Upgrade or replace production infrastructure to maintain reliability and efficiency.
• Improve environmental performance by preventing and reducing waste from paint operations.
• Coordinate suppliers and internal teams; prepare specifications, schedules, reports, and technical documents.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Good at English communication • Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Have knowledge in CAD programs (SolidWorks, NX, AutoCAD) and basic PLC
• Not Acrophobia (an intense fear of heights), Not Allergic to chemicals, No smoking
• Able to work at project sites and travel to Gateway plant when required
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Good at English communication • Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
