Responsibilities
1. Arrange the export shipping documents and control all required documents accurately and timely.
2. Coordinate with shipping agencies, carriers, customers and other related parties for export process.
3. Support Internal Audit and External Audit such as ISO9001, ISO14001, IS045001, GRS, Customer Audit
4. Control export expense (Freight, Transport, Customs Formalities, etc.) and make reports for Monthly Closing
5. Enforce and manage the responsive subcontractors to realize the highest efficiency for each logistic transaction.
6. Coordinate with concerning department such as Production, Sales, Purchase and Accounting and Financial department.
7. Other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Qualifications
Sex : Male/Female Age 22 - 30
Bachelor of Business Administration, Major in Logistic. Business Administration or related major
Good Command of English
Good MS office especially MS Excel (such as Pivot Table, Vlookup, Sumifs) is a plus.
About 3-5 years experience in Warehouse, Logistic and Shipping Document Management is a plus. (New Graduated is also welcome.)
