Marketing And Sales Engineer - Nippo Mechatronics (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.

•Proactively cooperate with customers to acquire new business (new items) and formulate strategic quotations to maximize both sales and company profitability.

• Lead and coordinate internal communication regarding new product preparation plans, schedules, and related activities.

• Manage customer quotation and product costing activities accurately and efficiently.

• Manage customer requirements and drive internal departments to support various customer-requested activities, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

• Review and follow up on product cost adjustments within specified timelines.

• Ensure accurate preparation, submission, and management of required quotation and costing data.

• Support profit improvement activities through cost analysis and coordination with related departments.

•Lead, manage, and develop departmental staff to enhance competencies, maximize performance, and drive team success.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Male or Female, age 40 years old up.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in an automotive manufacturing or related automotive industry.
• Proven track record in new item quotation, costing, and commercial negotiation within the automotive parts sector.
• Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
• Exceptional negotiation and customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities.
• Background or experience in Engineering is highly advantageous.
