Digital Marketing Manager - Buraphavat Communication Company Limited

Duties of Digital Marketing Manager include:  

·       Develop Digital Marketing Plan and Strategy to achieve company objectives.

·       Drive sales via all online channels (Website, Marketplace, and Social Media).

·       Develop all online channel to maximize number of followers/members and customers.

·       Study and understand target insight and translate to necessary actions to drive sales

·       Data & Customer analysis to future sales via online channel.

·       Manage and analyze Customer Database and create all CRM activities and campaigns.              

·       Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.

·       Take overall responsibilities for brand management and corporate identity.

·       Ensure quality of preparation for online/offline and print marketing campaigns; creating digital media campaigns on social media, website, and marketplace.

·       Manage the development of E-Commerce Website and all relating internal process.

·       Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for future co-operation marketing campaign.

·       Manage the digital marketing team and resources.

Requirements of the role:

·       Age 30 - 40 years old

·       Bachelor’s degree or higher in E-Commerce / Digital Marketing / Marketing / Business Administration or related fields

·       At least 6-8 years of direct experience in online marketing, social media management and web analytics from Telecommunication, Retail, FMCG and Modern Trade Businesses

·       Expert in Google Analytics / SEO are preferred

·       In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and other advertising platforms

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

·       Good command of English Communication is advantage

·       Demonstrate ability to develop digital media plans and experience managing a budget is required

·       Strong analytical and project management skills

·       Strong strategic planning abilities and command of basic statistics

·       Strong planning and organizing skills and able to manage multiple competing deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

·       Strong Leadership skill with experience in managing own team

·       Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

·       Confident and dynamic personality

·       Good attitude and strong creative outlook
