Mega Lifesciences is looking for an Accounting & Finance Officer to work closely with Finance Manager in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunity to learn and expand your experience and expertise


Job Summary

As an Accounting & finance officer, your key tasks are as below:

• Prepare monthly COGs, Consignment, and Freight costs reports, including review of transfer and selling prices.

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including AR aging, client follow-up on overdue payments, and assessment of client payment cycles.

• Issue debit and credit notes and manage payment orders for subsidiary companies.

• Input and manage data in the budgeting system and prepare information for pricing models.

• Assist in monthly financial statement preparation and support budgeting activities, including P&L analysis and reporting.



Qualifications

Applications are invited from interested candidates who meet the following criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in an accounting function.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken) with the ability to draft reports and business correspondence.
• Advantageous experience with ERP systems, BI tools, or Oracle.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong skills in planning, analysis, and problem-solving.

Skills & Knowledge
The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and dependable, with precision in handling data and financial reports. You enjoy working with systems, balancing multiple tasks, and supporting business growth by delivering accurate and timely financial insights.
