Responsibilities
- Supervise and review architectural design work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
- Oversee conceptual design, basic design, and the preparation of construction drawings, including detailed drawings.
- Review architectural drawings at various stages of design development.
- Prepare and present architectural design proposals to clients.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate the design team to ensure effective collaboration and high-quality design outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members in resolving design-related issues.
- Contribute to factory design projects and ensure that designs meet project specifications.
Qualifications
- Male / Female, Age 34 - 45 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a related field.
- At least 10–15 years of experience in architectural design, preferable in Construction company.
- Proficient in conceptual design, basic design, and construction drawings, including detailed drawings.
- Experience in factory design is preferred.
- Ability to in charge of the design process, lead project, or complete project.
- Highly proficient working knowledge of AutoCad, 3D Studio Max, Sketch up and REVIT is a plus.
- Good communication skills and must be a team player.
- Must have a licensed Architect Professional Level
- Fair command in English
- Able to work upcountry, or out of the office sometime.
