Project Architect (Professional Certification / สามัญสถาปนิก) - Arun Chaiseri Consulting Engineers Co., Ltd.

• Prepare preliminary architectural designs and concept proposals.
• Draft construction drawings, shop drawings, and detailed material specifications.
• Review and clarify drawings, and manage Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Approval (RFA).
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve design-related issues.
• Provide technical support during construction phases to ensure design intent implementation.
• Assist with documentation and reporting related to architectural works.
• Attend site visits as needed to support coordination and ensure design compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional work experience in architectural design and construction.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, standards, and local regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and other graphic tools is a plus.
