• Develop comprehensive test cases for UI, API, and Batch processes.
• Execute test cases and ensure all functionalities are thoroughly tested.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.

• Generate detailed test reports summarizing test activities and results.
• Communicate findings and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.

• Assist in planning and coordinating user testing activities.
• Provide support to end-users during the testing phase and address any issues that arise.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using the Robot Framework to test batch and/or playwright for API/UI testing.

• Testing Methodologies: Knowledge of different testing methodologies like black-box testing, white-box testing, integration testing, etc., is beneficial.
• Test Design and Documentation: Ability to design test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts. Experience in documenting test results and defects is important.
• Bug Tracking Systems: Familiarity with bug tracking systems like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar tools for reporting and tracking defects.
• API Testing Experience: Prior experience in testing APIs is essential. They should be comfortable working with different types of APIs such as RESTful, SOAP, etc.
• Knowledge of Testing Tools: Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, SoapUI, Rest-Assured, JMeter, or similar tools is necessary.
