Responsibilities
- Understand project objectives and organizational goals, gather business requirements, and analyze problems from customers and stakeholders.
- Collect business requirements and organizational objectives, analyze them, and propose suitable technology solutions to meet customer needs.
- Assess risks and prioritize tasks or features for development.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with customer teams, Product Owners, and relevant stakeholders such as Project Managers, UX/UI Designers, System Analysts, Developers, and Quality Assurance teams to implement technology solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare documentation such as business process workflows, business requirements documents, and functional specification documents.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for issues raised by customers and internal teams.
- Work with the sales team to present technology roadmaps to clients.
Qualifications
- Male or Female, aged 22-27 years.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
