Responsibilities
2.ประมาณราคางานระบบวิศวกรรมประกอบอาคาร เช่น งานระบบไฟฟ้าสื่อสาร งานระบบประปา งานระบบดับเพลิง งานระบบปรับอากาศ งานระบบบำบัดน้ำเสีย
3.ควบคุมงานติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา แอร์ ในอาคารสูงให้ถูกต้องตามแบบและทันตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
4.ควบคุมการใช้วัสดุ และคำนวณวัสดุและค่าใช้จ่ายให้เป็นไปตามรายละเอียดและปริมาณที่กำหนด
5.วางแผนโครงการ/Project ทั้งในส่วนของทีมงานและระยะเวลา และคอยติดตามความคืบหน้าของ Project เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่กำหนดไว้
6.ประสานงานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายนอก และภายใน
7.งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
2.มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 3 ปีขึ้นไป
3.สามารถถอดแบบประเมินราคาระบบวิศวกรรมประกอบอาคาร
4.มีทักษะความรู้ด้านการจัดทำ BOQ และการเสนอราคาโครงการอาคารสูงเป็นอย่างดี
5.สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
6.มีความสุขุม ละเอียดรอบคอบ ทำงานภายใต้ภาวะความกดดันได้
7.สามารถปฏิบัติงานตามที่บริษัทมอบหมายให้ได้
