Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
- Liaison with production manager, to follow work regulation / schedule of company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Control WIP and inventory in production line control.
- To meet out put target and quality required from each section.
- Manage leaders and operators to achieve work targets.
- Control the discipline and 5s per company regulation.
- Ensure all reports are being followed and updated regularly.
- Support activities for KPIs improvement.
- Motivate all leaders and operators continuous improvement of work.
- Ensure all operators to follow the work instructions.
- Be in charge of any tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field or higher, minimum 3 years direct experience at Manufacturing or experience equivalent.
Skill Required:
- Speak and write English.
Experience: 3 years.
