Responsibilities

Manage multiple brands to ensure alignment with business strategy and brand positioning
Oversee full product lifecycle: assortment planning, sales analysis, stock control, and forecasting
Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies across online and offline channels to drive brand image and sales performance
Create impactful campaigns, events, and collaborations with global and local partners to strengthen brand awareness and engagement
Strategically manage KOL campaigns for the best ROI
Lead and inspire the ABM team while collaborating closely with cross-functional and regional teams to deliver strong business results

Qualifications

Master or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a fashion or luxury industry.
Passionate about fashion, luxury brands, and retail excellence.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media marketing.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Creativity and ability to think outside the box for innovative marketing strategies.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership, high responsibility, result oriented, self-driven, initiative, innovative, energetic, adaptive and able to work under pressure in a cross cultural environment.
Ability to travel abroad and upcountry.
