: Coordinate between sales team, customers, and operations to ensure smooth logistics services.

: Prepare quotations and sales-related documentation.

: Follow up on shipment status and customs clearance processes.

: Maintain customer records and contract documentation.

: Support sales team with information and documents for customer presentations

: Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and logistics partners.

: Generate new target account on monthly basis

: Prepare sales reports and related documentation for management.

: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.

: Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is an advantage.

: Good command of English.

: Strong coordination and documentation skills.

: Having good knowledge of freight forwarding practices, customs clearance process and government related matters
