Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- Conduct market and industry research for the manufacturing sector
- Formulate management and business strategies
- Support new business planning
- Support overseas expansion into the Southeast Asia region
- Provide M&a consulting
- Support implementation of various solutions like SCM
- Support operational improvement in manufacturing sites
- Perform Proposal sales for consulting projects
- Conduct meetings with clients and organize their issues
- Provide follow-up Support in the Strategy execution phase
- Other tasks as assgined
Qualifications
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 42 years old
- Bachelor's degree required *Strong academic background preferred
- Business level of English to Communicate with clients
- Conversational High level of Japanese to Communicate with clients
* At least 3 years of practical experience in any of the following:
1. Corporate planning or business strategy planning
2. Working experience at a Japanese manufacturing company
3. Consulting experience for the manufacturing industry
4. Experience in overseas expansion support or M&A support
5. Experience in SCM implementation or business process improvement projects
* Basic accounting knowledge, including cost structure analysis in the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to work on-site at Amata Chonburi Industrial Estate (approx. 4 days per week)
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience in corporate planning or Strategy formulation
- Work Experience in a Japanese manufacturing company
- Consulting Experience for the manufacturing industry
- Experience in overseas expansion Support or M&a Support
- Experience in SCM implementation or operational improvement projects
Language Skill
English level: Business Level
