Head of Corporate Strategy & Business Development - HUA SENG HENG COMMODITAS COMPANY LIMITED

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive business growth strategies.
• Identify market opportunities, target customer segments, and new revenue streams to support sustainable business growth.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry analyses to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Evaluate portfolio performance and recommend strategies to enhance profitability and customer value.
• Lead strategic projects and business initiatives from concept development to implementation.
• Identify and develop new business models, partnerships, and ecosystem opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic growth and transformation initiatives.
• Support the development of innovative products, services, and digital business solutions.
• Assess strategic investment, acquisition, and partnership opportunities to accelerate business growth.
• Prepare business cases, strategic recommendations, and presentations for senior management.
• Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and regulatory developments to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
• Drive innovation initiatives and pilot programs to support long-term business competitiveness.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in Strategy, Business Development, Corporate Planning, Consulting, Banking, Fintech, or Financial Services.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in business planning, growth strategy, and project management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Knowledge of Gold Business, Banking, or Digital Banking would be an advantage
