Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the QA/QC department, including department planning, KPI, budget and team management.
- Control and improve Incoming and In-process Quality, including supplier quality, QC inspection and process improvement.
- Handle customer quality issues and complaints, including problem solving, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Review and approve quality documents for New Model / New Project, such as Control Plan, Process Flow, FMEA, Inspection Standard and MSA.
- Manage and maintain QMS/EMS ISO9001, IATF16949, and ISO14001, systems, including ISO requirements, internal/external audits, documentation, risk assessment and compliance.
- Monitor and improve Calibration System and measurement control.
- Drive Quality, Safety, Environmental and 5S activities within the organization.
- Monitor and reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and report quality performance to Top Management.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 8 years working experience in QA/QC, Quality Management System in Automotive Manufacturing.
- At least 3 years management experience as Assistant Manager level.
- Experience with ISO 9001, ISO14001 and IATF 16949,
- Experience in Automotive Core Tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA.
- Must have experience in process plastics injection.
- Must have experience in QMS & QMR.
- Conversation middle level in English (Interview in English)
- Must be able to attend F2F interview.
- Join immediately will be preferable
