Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Establish inspection standards based on drawings and specifications for new and existing parts.
- Collaborate with Engineering and customers on new part inspection, quality requirements, and MSA activities.
- Analyze quality data and defects using Why-Why Analysis and Root Cause Analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive Quality Improvement activities to reduce defects, waste, rework, scrap, and recurring quality issues.
- Implement and follow up corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure sustainable improvement.
- Analyze customer quality concerns and respond through the CAR process.
- Provide quality training on Q-Point, Limit Samples, Similar Parts, and Master Samples.
- Monitor and report quality KPIs, improvement progress, and key quality trends.

- Age 30-40 years
- Any Gender
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of quality assurance experience in automotive manufacturing.
- At least 1 year management experience subordinate under control.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001)
- Experience with APQP, MSA, Inspection Standard, MSA, RCA/CAPA and statistical analysis techniques,
- Able to read and implement engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Conversation middle - high in English (Interview in English)
- Able to attend F2F interview.
- No Job hopper.
- TOEIC score of 550 or higher is a plus.
