Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage engineering operations in rubber production processes
- Oversee material preparation, molding, curing/vulcanization, inspection, mold cleaning, and mold management
- Plan and monitor production performance to achieve targets
- Analyze and improve product defects, waste, quality, and production efficiency
- Lead, supervise, and develop production team members
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
- Coordinate and communicate in English
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager

- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in Production rubber or rubber mold in Automotive manufacturing company.
- Experience in rubber molding processes, machine setup, and mold maintenance/cleaning.
- At least 2 years of team management as Supervisor or higher level.
- Conversational middle of English. (Report to Japanese Manager and interview in English)
- Experience in ISO, IATF and 5S activities.
- Able to attend face to face interview.
- Good command in English. (TOEIC score of 600 or above is preferred)
- JLPT N3 or above is preferred.
- Experience working in Japanese Company or Japanese environment is highly preferred.
