Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Ocean Customs Clearance team
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of Import/Export Declarations for LCL, FCL, and special cargo shipments
- Review and verify Customs documentation, HS Codes, tariff classifications, and tax calculations
- Monitor shipment status, troubleshoot Customs Clearance issues, and provide effective solutions to avoid delays
- Ensure compliance with Customs regulations, government laws, and company SOPs
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Prepare operational reports, analyze data, and provide insights to Support management decision-making
- Provide Support and guidance on Customs-related matters for shipments handled by other branches
- Coach and develop team members to strengthen their Customs Clearance knowledge and capabilities
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments, customers, overseas teams, and relevant external parties

Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, age 34 - 46 years old
- Bachelor's degree- At least 8 years of experience in customs clearance, logistics, freight forwarding, or sea freight export operations
- Conversational high in English to communicate with internal and external
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience in buyer consolidation business or contract logistics, particularly in PO management and shipment status updates
- Customs Specialist license
- Experience in managing and developing a team
Language Skill
English level: Conversational
Japanese level: None
Workplace Area: MRT Phetchaburi
Working Hour: 08:30-18:00 (Monday – Friday)
