Maintenance Engineering - Tubacex Awaji (Thailand) Ltd.

• Plan and coordinate the maintenance team’s activities.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance work performed by external suppliers.
• Prioritize maintenance and repairs of machinery and equipment.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical parts.
• Ensure machinery is properly cleaned, lubricated, and maintained in good working condition.
• Plan repair schedules and review repair cost estimates.
• Monitor and update the preventive maintenance plan.
• Maintain machinery records, manuals, and maintenance documentation.
• Monitor cooling water levels and arrange replenishment as required.
• Supervise the installation and commissioning of new machinery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, machine troubleshooting, and repair.
• Ability to plan and prioritize maintenance work and coordinate with maintenance teams and external suppliers.
• Experience in spare parts inventory control and maintenance documentation.
• Knowledge of machinery installation and industrial safety practices.
• Good English communication and standard computer skills.
