Responsibilities
- ประสานงานและดำเนินการในกระบวนการสรรหาบุคลากร การลงประกาศรับสมัครงาน นัดหมาย และสัมภาษณ์งาน จนจบขั้นตอน
- ดูแลและจัดเก็บข้อมูลประวัติพนักงานให้เป็นระบบ
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารและดำเนินการด้านสัญญาจ้างพนักงาน
- ช่วยเหลือในการจัดกิจกรรมปฐมนิเทศพนักงานใหม่ (onboarding)
- จัดการและควบคุมการเบิกจ่ายเครื่องแบบพนักงาน และรับคืนทรัพย์สิน
- จัดทำ Visa และ Workpermit ให้ชาวต่างชาติ
- สนับสนุนงานด้านบุคคลอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ รัฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบุคคล 1-3 ปี
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายแรงงาน
- มีความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถจัดการเอกสารได้เป็นระบบ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการสรรหาอย่างดี และเข้าใจในเรื่องการต่ออายุวีซ่า และ ใบอนุญาตทำงานของต่างชาติ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ทั้งพูด อ่าน และเขียน (มีค่าภาษา / Toeic score)
