Responsibilities
• HR Management: Manage recruitment and hiring — from posting job openings, sourcing and conducting initial interviews for Thai and foreign candidates, verifying documents, and preparing employment contracts, through to onboarding new employees
• Manage the time attendance and leave system, compiling monthly absence/leave/late statistics
• Manage Social Security and visa/work permit documentation for foreign employees
• Liaise with and submit documents to relevant government agencies on HR matters (e.g. Department of Skill Development, Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, Social Security Office)
• Maintain personnel records and employee files, evaluate probation results, and process resignations
• Advise on company regulations, manage employee discipline, and keep work regulations aligned with labor law
• Development: Organize staff training and manage the KPI process from training through monitoring to annual performance evaluation
• Plan and organize organizational development activities to strengthen employee engagement
• Apply AI tools to improve efficiency in HR work, such as candidate screening, document preparation, or personnel data analysis
• Administer employee benefits such as ID cards, uniforms, and other entitlements
• Other HR administrative duties and activities as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, demonstrating the ability to independently manage a full scope of HR functions, or a high-potential recent graduate with a strong aptitude for quick learning.
- Basic understanding of Thai labor law with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of HRIS/Payroll systems is a plus.
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple HR functions simultaneously, including recruitment, time-attendance, and development.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with discretion for confidential matters.
