Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end target model, business impact, stake holder and gap analysis
- Define end-to-end solution, service scope and SLA, resource requirement, timeline, budget, risk, etc.
- Service enabling including to TOR, Project plan, Report, Implementation, Deployment, Operation handover, Configuration documentation, Asset registration, CAB, etc.
- Ensure the end-to-end Infrastructure service perform normally as design including availability, utilization, performance and capacity.
- Monitoring and response according to alert, warning, Incident, problem management properly
- Maintenance Infrastructure service including housekeeping, patching, configuration, version upgrade to Accountable for monitoring of network performance and provide performance statistics and reports.
- Create, Update, Review, Decommission IT Infrastructure document for the assign areas, platforms, technology
- Align operations according to document and SLA
- Create, Update, Review Asset List and related attributes such as Product info, version, MA period, quantity, utilization, performance statistic, etc.
- Keep update for technology roadmap, firmware, versioning, end of life, cost model.
Qualifications
10Y Experience in Enterprise Information Technology
- Experience in managing IT Infrastructure for Campus including LAN, Wi-Fi, Routing, ioT
- Strong background in Data center management
- Strong background in Network Routing, VPN, Internet connection, Telephony system
- Strong background in Infrastructure hardware and configuration
- Strong Leadership, Managerial skill, Vendor management skill
- Strong Problem management, Incident management skill

What you will do
Job Summary
Drive assigned IT Infrastructure Initiatives/project and maintain IT Infrastructure operation according to IT Infrastructure Roadmap. The deliverables include understanding business impact, define scope of initiative, solution design, solution verification, solution implementation, ongoing operation, preventive maintenance. The deliverables must cover key concerns area including service enabling, service resiliency, project management, security protection, best practice and budget optimization.
