Responsibilities
- ติดตั้ง ตั้งค่า และโยกย้ายอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์และระบบเครือข่ายตามคำขอ
- แก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นเกี่ยว Hardware และ Software
- ตรวจสอบสถานะอุปกรณ์เครือข่าย และประสานงานผู้ให้บริการภายนอกเพื่อแก้ไขเหตุด่วน
- สำรองข้อมูลตามรอบเวลา บันทึก Log Sheet และทำรายงานประจำเดือน
- ควบคุมดูแลการใช้งานตามนโยบายความปลอดภัย และตรวจนับทรัพย์สินไอทีทั้งหมด
- ประสานงานกับ Vendor เพื่อส่งซ่อมอุปกรณ์ทั้งในและนอกประกัน
- จัดทำสถิติปัญหาประจำเดือน และวางแผนบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ล่วงหน้า
Qualifications
ปริญญาตรี สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องมีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT Support หรือ Network
มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบปฏิบัติการ ระบบเครือข่าย และฮาร์ดแวร์คอมพิวเตอร์เป็นอย่างดี
สามารถทำงานระหว่างจังหวัดชุมพร และจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานีได้
