Responsibilities
- Establishing and maintaining automated testing frameworks and quality assurance standards
- Building automated regression coverage for critical business and clinical workflows
- Validating quality, performance, reliability, and operational readiness before production deployment
- Defining release readiness gates within the internal solution governance process
- Validating AI-enabled solutions including prompt testing, output consistency, and governance control verification

What you will do
Job Summary
This capability will enable the hospital to safely scale internal development activities while improving solution quality, reducing deployment risk, and ensuring governance controls are consistently applied across internally developed technologies.
