Responsibilities
- Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Monitor project progress, Budget and handle any issues that arise.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Organize meetings, Arrange for meetings between team members, and between team members and clients, Record minutes at meetings.
- Keep all members of the team up-to-date with current information and paperwork.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer.
- 2 years of experience in project engineering
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Workplace: Bang Na, Bangkok.
