Responsibilities
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายวิศวกรรมและฝ่ายปฏิบัติการเพื่อทำความเข้าใจข้อกำหนดและรายละเอียดของวัสดุอุปกรณ์
- จัดหาและคัดเลือกผู้ขาย ตรวจสอบคุณสมบัติและประวัติผู้ขายเพื่อให้มั่นใจในคุณภาพและราคาที่แข่งขันได้
- เจรจาต่อรองเงื่อนไขการจัดซื้อ สัญญา และราคาวัสดุอุปกรณ์ (เครื่องกล ไฟฟ้า หรือเครื่องมือวัด)
- จัดทำเอกสารการจัดซื้อ เช่น ใบสั่งซื้อ สัญญา และรายงานการเปรียบเทียบราคา
- ติดตามสถานะการจัดส่งและประสานงานกับผู้ขายเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลา
- แก้ไขปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการจัดซื้อ เช่น ความล่าช้า หรือความไม่สอดคล้องของสินค้าที่ได้รับ
- จัดซื้อด้านวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล ไฟฟ้า เครื่องมือวัด (สาขาใดสาขาหนึ่งตามประสบการณ์)
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า วิศวกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านจัดซื้อในสายงานวิศวกรรม 3-10 ปี
- ความเข้าใจในข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคของวัสดุอุปกรณ์เครื่องกล ไฟฟ้า หรือเครื่องมือวัด
- ทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยม
- ความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน และระบบ ERP บางประเภท
- ความละเอียดรอบคอบ และความสามารถในการทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต หรือโครงการ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
