Responsibilities
- วิเคราะห์และกำหนดความต้องการทางธุรกิจในโครงการ
- เป็นผู้นำในการจัดทำเอกสาร เช่น Business Requirement Document (BRD), Use Case, User Story, Process Flow และ Data Requirement
- ทำหน้าที่เป็นจุดศูนย์กลางในการสื่อสารระหว่าง Business, IT และผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย
- วิเคราะห์และออกแบบกระบวนการทำงาน (As-Is / To-Be) รวมถึงเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงกระบวนการเชิงระบบ
- สนับสนุนการออกแบบ Solution ร่วมกับ Architect และทีมพัฒนา (เช่น System Design, Integration, API)
- กำกับ ดูแล และสนับสนุนการทดสอบระบบ (SIT / UAT)
- ให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำ และพัฒนาทักษะของ Junior BA
- ระบุและบริหารความเสี่ยงที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Requirement, Scope และ Change Request (CR)
- สนับสนุนผู้จัดการโครงการหรือ Product Owner ในการวางแผน Roadmap และ Prioritization
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขา IT, วิศวกรรม, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน Business Analyst / System Analyst อย่างน้อย 5–8 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานกับโครงการขนาดกลางถึงใหญ่
- เข้าใจ SDLC, Agile / Scrum, Waterfall อย่างลึกซึ้ง
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการบริหาร Stakeholder ในระดับผู้บริหาร"
