M&E Engineer (for Maintenance Work) - Thai Shimizu Co., Ltd.

In this M&E Engineer (Maintenance Work) role, you will play a key part in overseeing the quality of mechanical and electrical systems within projects. You will be responsible for regularly checking the quality of on-site work, monitoring weekly construction progress, and evaluating contractor performance, providing essential feedback to the Project Manager. Your tasks will also include meticulously rechecking M&E shop drawings, as-built drawings, performance test reports, and instruction manuals. Furthermore, you will prepare updated construction progress information for monthly reports, such as completion percentages and overall project status. Prior to project handover to Hotel Operations, you will review M&E as-built drawings, performance test reports, and instruction manuals, compile the comprehensive handover report, and contribute to the estimation of M&E work to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.
