Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate the Thai and English versions of the 56-1 One Report, including structured data submissions through SETLink.
- Prepare and submit corporate disclosures and reports in accordance with SET and SEC requirements.
- Support corporate governance assessments, including the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR).
- Prepare documentation, presentations, and relevant information for Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings (AGM/EGM).
- Maintain and coordinate information related to directors and senior executives, including profiles and conflict-of-interest disclosures.
- Support the review and interpretation of regulatory requirements and prepare information for internal guidance.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities and external organizations, including SET, SEC, TSD, and IOD.
- Support corporate governance initiatives and coordinate with relevant business units across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Governance, Company Secretary, Regulatory Reporting, or related functions.
- Knowledge of listed company regulations, corporate governance principles, and SET/SEC requirements is an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Visio is an advantage.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
