Prepare cost estimates and cost studies throughout the project lifecycle

Manage tender processes, including preparation of tender documents, BOQ, tender queries, bid evaluations, and tender recommendations

Monitor project costs against approved budgets, identify cost variances, and provide recommendations to maintain effective cost control

Review and assess contract matters, Variation Orders (VO), claims, and other commercial issues in accordance with the contract requirements

Review and certify interim payment applications, contractor claims, and support the preparation and agreement of final accounts

Prepare cost and commercial reports and coordinate with the Client, PM/CM, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate commercial deliverables

Bachelor's degree in engineering

2 to 4 years of engineering experience

Experience with Glodon, CostX, and AutoCAD will be an added advantage

A TOEIC score of 600 or above will be an advantage
