Plan, control, and improve production processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Inspect and analyze production processes to find ways to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Monitor production performance to ensure it meets established targets in terms of quantity, quality, and time.
Coordinate with the engineering team and relevant departments to continuously improve and develop production processes.
Plan and implement preventive maintenance to minimize production process disruptions.
Record and report on performance and problems encountered in the production process, along with proposed solutions.

Male, 28 years old and above.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience working in an industrial factory.
