Responsibilities
- Explore, test, and implement AI tools, including platforms like Claude, to enhance and streamline workflows across various departments.
- Collaborate with department heads and teams to identify challenges and opportunities for efficiency improvements through AI integration.
- Coordinate AI-related projects, encompassing planning, progress tracking, status report preparation, and inter-departmental coordination.
- Support the development of simple automation and tools using scripting or low-code solutions to integrate AI into daily operations.
- Provide training and support to employees for the correct and effective utilization of AI tools.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, user guides, and best practices for AI usage within the company.
- Monitor emerging AI trends and technologies, assess their feasibility for internal application, and present recommendations to management.
- Coordinate with the IT department on systems, infrastructure, and data security considerations related to AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT or a related field; recent graduates with a strong interest in AI/IT are also encouraged to apply.
- Solid understanding of AI, Generative AI, and Large Language Model (LLM) concepts, with hands-on experience utilizing AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong coordination, time management, and cross-departmental follow-up skills.
- Ability to communicate and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues.
- Curious, self-driven, and committed to continuous learning of new technologies.
- Good English communication skills for researching and reading AI-related material.
- Coding skills (e.g., Python) or experience with automation/low-code tools is a strong plus.
