System Analyst - Siam Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd. (COTTO)

·       Analyze business needs and define project objectives in alignment with organizational goals.

·       Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements through discussions with users and stakeholders.

·       Design, validate, and implement system solutions that meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.

·       Collaborate closely with developers and other IT teams to ensure successful system design, development, and deployment.

·       Communicate project progress, manage stakeholder expectations, and gather feedback throughout the project lifecycle.

·       Coordinate and manage system implementation activities to minimize business disruption and ensure smooth delivery.

·       Prepare functional specifications, system documentation, and user manuals, and provide end-user training for new or enhanced systems.

·       Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing systems while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·       Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and system analysis.

·       Strong technical knowledge with a passion for learning and continuously developing new technologies and skills.

·       Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail.

·       Proven project management and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

·       Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Good interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.

·       Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Other Qualifications

·       Basic knowledge of software development principles and programming concepts.

·       Good understanding of relational database design and proficiency in writing SQL queries for data exploration and analysis.

·       Knowledge of cloud architecture and cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure is a plus.

·       Ability to select and effectively use appropriate tools for system design, documentation, and presentation (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart, Figma, or similar tools).
