รายละเอียดของงาน (Responsibilities)

1. ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการทำงานของพนักงานให้เป็นไปตามกระบวนการที่กำหนด

2. ควบคุมและกำกับแผนงานให้ดำเนินการตามกำหนดการที่วางไว้

3. สนับสนุนและให้คำปรึกษาการทำงานแก่ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา

4. ประสานงาน แก้ไขปัญหา และให้คำปรึกษาแก่ลูกค้าที่ให้บริการ

5. จัดทำและนำเสนอแผนงานปรับปรุงเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและประสบการณ์ของลูกค้าให้สอดคล้องกับแผนการตลาดของฝ่ายขาย

6. ปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานในแผนกเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน

7. ประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา

8. พัฒนาองค์ความรู้และความสามารถของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา

9. ปรับปรุงและตรวจสอบข้อมูลของลูกค้าที่ให้บริการ

10. วิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น เพื่อนำไปสู่การปรับปรุงและพัฒนา ประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการ

11. สนับสนุนข้อมูลรายงานผลการดำเนินงานและความคืบหน้าของแผนที่วางไว้

12.สนับสนุนข้อมูลสรุปผลการดำเนินการของแผนก  ตามวาระที่กำหนดไว้

13.สนับสนุนข้อมูลรายงานผลการดำเนินงานให้ผู้ใช้บริการ ตามวาระที่กำหนดไว้

1. เพศชาย อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป

2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาโทรคมนาคม/ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ /วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์/ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง

3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานNetrwork อย่างน้อย 4 ปี

4. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารและพัฒนาทีมงาน อย่างน้อย 2 ปี

5. มีภาวะผู้นำ มีทักษะในการโน้มน้าวคน มีทักษะในการประสานงานระหว่างหน่วยงาน

6. มีทักษะความชำนาญในการจัดการแก้ปัญหา (Problem Solving and Making) ได้ดี
