Responsibilities
- ออกแบบและนำเสนอ Solution ด้าน Infrastructure (Server, Storage, Network) ที่ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของลูกค้าในโครงการที่ซับซ้อน โดยใช้เทคนิค Solution Selling และการทำ Technical Fit-Gap Analysis ร่วมกับ BOQ (Bill of Quantity)
- เป็นตัวแทนทีม Presales ในการนำเสนอโซลูชั่นด้าน Cybersecurity และ Infrastructure ต่อผู้บริหารลูกค้า/หน่วยงานภาครัฐ ผ่านการนำเสนอที่เน้น Business Value, Risk Reduction และ ROI ของ Solution
- ให้คำปรึกษาและ Coaching แก่ Junior Presales ในการจัดทำ Spec Sheet และนำเสนออุปกรณ์ Hardware/Network ด้วยเทคนิค Mentoring และการให้ Feedback แบบ Constructive Criticism
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของ Technical Specification, BOQ และเอกสารประกอบการประมูลก่อนส่งมอบ ตามมาตรฐาน RFP Response Checklist และข้อกำหนด TOR ด้าน Infrastructure
- ประสานงานกับทีม Implementation/Network Engineer เพื่อยืนยันความเป็นไปได้ของ Solution ด้าน Infrastructure ที่ซับซ้อน โดยใช้เทคนิค Site Survey และ Technical Feasibility Study
- วิเคราะห์จุดแข็ง-จุดอ่อนทางเทคนิคของคู่แข่งในตลาด Hardware/Network/Security เพื่อวางกลยุทธ์การนำเสนอ ด้วยเทคนิค SWOT Analysis และ Competitive Battle Card
- สนับสนุนทีมขายในการตอบคำถามทางเทคนิคเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับ Network Architecture, Cybersecurity และ IoT จากลูกค้า โดยเตรียมข้อมูลเปรียบเทียบ (Comparison Sheet) ที่ชัดเจนและน่าเชื่อถือ
- ติดตามแนวโน้มเทคโนโลยีใหม่ด้าน Infrastructure และนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการนำเสนอ Solution เช่น Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI), Zero Trust Security และ IoT Platform เพื่อสร้างความแตกต่าง
- เข้าร่วมประชุมเจรจากับลูกค้าในประเด็นที่ต้องใช้ความเชี่ยวชาญทางเทคนิคด้าน Network/Security Architecture ในประเด็นที่ต้องใช้ความเชี่ยวชาญเชิงลึกและการตัดสินใจร่วมกับผู้บริหาร
- รายงานความคืบหน้าและผลสำเร็จของข้อเสนอทางเทคนิคด้าน Infrastructure ต่อหัวหน้างาน เพื่อสรุปบทเรียนที่นำไปปรับปรุงอัตราการชนะการประมูลในดีลถัดไป
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานตำแหน่ง Presales Engineer (Hardware & Software) ให้กับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถเดินทางไปพบลูกค้า Onsite (กทม.–ปริมณฑล) และเข้าออฟฟิศที่อโศกได้
- มีความรู้ด้าน System, Infrastructure, Network, IoT และ Hardware (Server / Storage)
- มีความรู้ด้าน Virtualization (VM), HCI (Hyperconverged Infrastructure), Security และ AI
- อ่านและวิเคราะห์ TOR ได้ดี และจัดทำ Spec ให้ Comply ตาม TOR ได้อย่างถูกต้อง
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอ (Presentation) ที่ดี
- เรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ได้รวดเร็ว (Fast Learner)
- ทำงานเชิงรุก (Proactive) และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
