Responsibilities
ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:
-วางแผนการผลิต: จัดทำแผนการผลิตระยะสั้น-ยาว ตารางการผลิตประจำวัน/สัปดาห์/เดือน เพื่อให้ส่งมอบสินค้าได้ทันเวลา
-บริหารวัตถุดิบ: ควบคุมระดับสินค้าคงคลัง (Inventory) และวัตถุดิบให้เพียงพอต่อการผลิต โดยใช้ระบบ MRP หรือ PO
-เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ: ใช้เทคนิค เช่น Lean/Kaizen เพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตและลดต้นทุน
-ประสานงาน: ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ และฝ่ายผลิต เพื่อแก้ปัญหาและติดตามความคืบหน้า
-รายงานผล: ตรวจเช็คยอดผลิต จัดทำรายงาน Scrap และสรุปผลงานนำเสนอผู้บริหาร
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติที่จำเป็น:
-การศึกษา: ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์, การจัดการอุตสาหกรรม, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-ประสบการณ์: มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการวางแผนการผลิตอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปีขึ้นไป
-ทักษะ: มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์, แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า, การสื่อสาร, การใช้โปรแกรม SAP / Microsoft Office และทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ
