Responsibilities
- ประสานงานและสนับสนุนการจัดกิจกรรมทางการตลาดและอีเวนต์ต่างๆ ตามแผนที่กำหนด
- บริหารจัดการงบประมาณในการจัดงานแต่ละโปรเจค
- จัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์และเอกสารที่จำเป็นสำหรับการจัดกิจกรรมและโปรโมชั่น
- ช่วยเหลือในการดูแลและควบคุมการดำเนินงานกิจกรรมหน้างาน
- รวบรวมข้อมูลและจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการจัดกิจกรรม
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้ร่วมงาน ผู้จัดจำหน่าย และสถานที่จัดงาน
- สนับสนุนงานด้านการตลาดอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการตลาด นิเทศศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมหรืองานอีเวนต์ 1-3 ปี
- มีความสามารถในการจัดลำดับความสำคัญและบริหารจัดการงานได้ดี
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานกับบุคคลและหน่วยงานต่างๆ
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถทำงานภายใต้กำหนดเวลาได้
- สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้ตามความเหมาะสม
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจค้าปลีกหรือบริการ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
