Responsibilities
1. ควบคุมการรับ–จ่ายสินค้า ตรวจสอบการจัดเก็บให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและแผนงาน
2. วางแผนงาน (workplan) ระบุงานที่ต้องทำในแต่ละขั้นตอน กำหนดเป้าหมายและเกณฑ์วัดผล (KPI) ของงานคลัง
3. จัดทำและรายงานยอดสต็อก ประสานข้อมูลกับฝ่ายบัญชีเพื่อตรวจความถูกต้องของข้อมูลทางการเงิน
4. วางแผนบริหารพื้นที่คลังให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด (storage layout, slotting)
5. ควบคุมการตรวจนับสต็อก (Cycle Count / Stock Count) และลดความคลาดเคลื่อนของข้อมูล
6. ออกแบบ/ปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานเพื่อบริหารความเสี่ยง เช่น ลดความเสียหายหรือระบุขั้นตอนอ่อนแอ
7. มอบหมายงาน ควบคุม และพัฒนาทีมงานให้ปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยและ SOP
Qualifications
1. ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ, โลจิสติกส์, บัญชี, วิศวกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. ประสบการณ์ด้านคลังสินค้า / ควบคุมสต๊อกอย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี
3. มีความรู้เรื่องการรับ–เก็บ–ควบคุมสินค้า
4. ใช้ MS Office (Excel) และ Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Axapta) ได้
5. มีทักษะการวางแผน จัดลำดับความสำคัญ มอบหมายงาน และแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
6. ใส่ใจรายละเอียด รอบคอบ มีภาวะผู้นำ และทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
