Responsibilities

1. Sales Process Management: Develop, implement, and refine sales processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement; prepare and present reports for sales leadership.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with related teams to align sales strategies and customer feedback and record all WS vehicle history, keep sales documents
4. Vehicle Ordering & Allocation Support: Assist in the preparation of vehicle ordering plans based on sales forecasts and historical data, Monitor order status, production schedules, and inbound logistics to ensure timely arrivals.
5. Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately input vehicle data, generate standard inventory reports

Qualifications

Sex : Male/Female
Age : 30-40 years old
Work Experience : 3 years+
Education Background : Bachelor degree or higher
Major Subject : Business or related field
- Good skills in using related computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining organized records
- Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication for internal teams
- Proactive: Takes initiative to complete tasks and seek guidance when needed
- Good in English or Chinese Speaking (Advantage)
