Responsibilities
- Develop and create equipment validation protocols.
- Support equipment validation activities and protocol execution.
- Generate validation reports and conduct data analysis.
- Analyze Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) to support protocol development.
- Establish new protocols and standardize them across various products.
- Recommend and select optimal production lines.
- Design process methods and balance production lines.
- Prepare and issue Manufacturing (MFG) Packages, Engineering Change Notices (ECN), and Engineering Notices (EN).
- Review product yield and implement improvement actions.
- Recommend raw material packaging solutions.
- Select and evaluate appropriate equipment and machinery for manufacturing processes.
- Conduct failure analysis and root cause analysis.
- Research and integrate new technologies to enhance existing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-10 years of experience in Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA).
- Good command of English.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and independent work skills, with a target-driven approach.
- Ability to work at the Ayutthaya Plant.

In this senior PCBA Engineer role, you will lead the development, standardization, and execution of equipment validation protocols, including generating reports and analyzing data, leveraging Non-Conformance Report (NCR) analysis to refine processes. You will play a crucial part in optimizing PCBA production by recommending and selecting optimal production lines, designing efficient process methods, and ensuring effective line balancing.
