Responsibilities
- พัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการผลิต เครื่องจักร กระบวนการ และบุคคลากร
- ติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงาน วิเคราะห์ปัญหา และดำเนินการแก้ไข เพื่อให้กระบวนการผลิตมีประสิทธิภาพ
- รับผิดชอบโครงการปรับปรุงพัฒนาของแผนกตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- วางแผนและขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนา ปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต เครื่องจักร และบุคลากร เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพและประสิทธิภาพ
- สรุปและรายงานผลการดำเนินงาน รวมถึงประเด็นปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไขต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
- กำกับดูแลด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน (Safety, Health & Environment)
- จัดทำ ทบทวน และปรับปรุงเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบบริหารคุณภาพ (ISO) และระบบมาตรฐานอื่นๆ
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
1.ป.ตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกียวข้อง
2.มีประสบการณ์ 3-5 ปี
3.มีประสบการณ์ในสายการผลิต 3 ปีขึ้นไป
4.มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ วางแผน และการจัดการทีมงาน
5.สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
