Responsibilities
- บริหารและควบคุมงานบริหารงานกลางของบริษัทให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและสนับสนุนการดำเนินธุรกิจขององค์กร
- วางแผนและควบคุมงาน ธุรการ อาคารสถานที่ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และทรัพย์สินของบริษัท
- บริหารจัดการทรัพย์สิน อุปกรณ์สำนักงาน ยานพาหนะ และสาธารณูปโภคของบริษัท พร้อมควบคุมการใช้งานและค่าใช้จ่าย
- ควบคุมและบริหารงานจัดซื้อจัดจ้างทั่วไป รวมถึงประสานงานและเจรจาต่อรองกับ Supplier/Vendor เพื่อให้ได้สินค้าและบริการที่เหมาะสมด้านคุณภาพ ราคา และเงื่อนไข
- วางแผนและควบคุมงบประมาณของแผนก รวมถึงติดตามและวิเคราะห์ค่าใช้จ่ายเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามงบประมาณที่กำหนด
- ดูแลและควบคุมงานด้าน Facility Management เช่น อาคาร ระบบสาธารณูปโภค การบำรุงรักษาพื้นที่ และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกภายในบริษัท
- บริหารและพัฒนาทีมงานในแผนก มอบหมายงาน ติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงาน และประเมินผลงานให้สอดคล้องกับ KPI
- จัดทำและทบทวน SOP, Work Instruction และระบบงานบริหาร เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและมาตรฐานการทำงาน
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่าง ๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานและแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างรวดเร็ว
- จัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงาน รายวัน/รายเดือน รวมถึงรายงานงบประมาณ ค่าใช้จ่าย และ KPI เสนอต่อผู้บริหาร
- บริหารงานรัฐกิจสัมพันธ์
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการจัดการ, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการ
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
- ประสบการณ์บริหารจัดการทีม
- ความสามารถในการทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
- หากผ่านงานรัฐกิจสัมพันธ์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
