HR Officer (Time Attendance) ประจำคลังสินค้าลาดกระบัง - CJ Logistics (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

• ดูแลระบบเวลาทำงาน (Time Attendance & OT)
• ตรวจสอบและควบคุมข้อมูลการลงเวลาทำงานของพนักงาน
• ตรวจสอบและสรุปชั่วโมงทำงานล่วงเวลา (OT) ให้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายแรงงานและนโยบายบริษัท
• ประสานงานกับฝ่าย Payroll เพื่อจัดทำข้อมูลเงินเดือนอย่างถูกต้องและตรงเวลา
• สรรหาและคัดเลือกพนักงาน Outsource
• ประสานงานกับบริษัท Outsource/Agency เพื่อสรรหาแรงงานตามอัตรากำลังที่กำหนด
• ติดตามอัตรากำลังให้เพียงพอต่อการปฏิบัติงานในคลังสินค้า
• ดูแลสวัสดิการและแรงงานสัมพันธ์
• ให้คำแนะนำและดูแลเรื่องสวัสดิการต่าง ๆ ของพนักงาน
• รับข้อร้องเรียนและประสานงานแก้ไขปัญหาให้พนักงาน
• สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างพนักงานและองค์กร
• ควบคุมให้พนักงานปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของบริษัท
• จัดทำรายงานกำลังคน, การขาด ลา มาสาย, OT และรายงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ดูแลเอกสารพนักงานให้ครบถ้วนและเป็นปัจจุบัน

• วุฒิ ปวส. ขึ้นไป สาขาการจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์งาน Time Attendance หรือ Payroll อย่างน้อย 2 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ในคลังสินค้าจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงาน และระบบ Time Attendance
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และประสานงานกับพนักงานจำนวนมากได้
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดี
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel ได้ดี (เช่น Pivot, VLOOKUP)
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานกับข้อมูลตัวเลขจำนวนมากได้
• มีความกระตือรือล้น เรียนรู้ไว
• สามารถทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ ได้
