Maintenance Manager - บริษัท อมตะ คอร์ปอเรชัน จำกัด (มหาชน)

• Manage and control preventive maintenance systems for buildings, machinery, and related systems
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth execution of M&E works
• Supervise contractors and ensure project delivery aligns with timelines, quality, and safety standards

• Review designs, drawings, and technical specifications
• Identify and resolve discrepancies across M&E, structural, and architectural works
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and project requirements

• Estimate construction costs and support project budgeting
• Manage contractor bidding, negotiations, and contract agreements
• Verify contractor payments, variation orders (VO), and project documentation

• Conduct regular site inspections and progress tracking
• Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are strictly followed
• Verify as-built drawings, project completion documents, and defect rectifications

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on technical matters
• Lead project meetings, solve on-site issues, and drive project progress

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or related fields
• Strong experience in construction, maintenance, or project management
• Good command of English (TOEIC 600+)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• At least 5-7 years working experience in the field of facility management or construction work.
• Proven maintenance experience, very good presentation technique and ability to use AutoCAD and Sketchup in advantageous.
• Experience performing PM plan, project management and budget preparation.
• Work well in a high-pressure environment. Well organized and efficient.
