1. Conduct product testing according to international standards, company specifications, and test procedures.
2. Prepare test samples, testing equipment, and laboratory setup before testing, including operating laboratory instruments and testing equipment.
3. Record, analyze, and summarize test results, including preparing technical reports and maintaining complete testing records.
4. Ensure that laboratory equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and kept in good working condition.
5. Follow laboratory quality management systems, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
6. Assist in resolving product issues and conducting root cause analysis (RCA).
7. Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance laboratory efficiency, testing methods, and quality.

• Bachelor's degree  Education (Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, other related majors are preferred)
• Male, Experience in product testing or laboratory operations is an advantage
• Able to perform routine tasks and follow established procedures.
• Familiarity with the structure and operating principles of washing machines or testing standards for electrical appliances will be an advantage.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel.
• Good execution, communication, and coordination skills, with strong organizational and learning abilities.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Willing to work 6 days per week, including overtime and shift work.
