Responsibilities

1.วางแผน ควบคุม และบริหารการดำเนินงานโครงการโซลาร์ฟาร์มให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานวิศวกรรม แผนงาน และเป้าหมายของบริษัท

2.กำกับดูแลงานวิศวกรรม การปฏิบัติการ และการบำรุงรักษาระบบผลิตไฟฟ้าพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ รวมถึงระบบสาธารณูปโภคภายในโครงการ

3.วิเคราะห์ ปรับปรุง และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความพร้อมของระบบผลิตไฟฟ้า

4.ควบคุมการดำเนินงานของทีมงาน ผู้รับเหมา และผู้ให้บริการ พร้อมประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

5.บริหารแผนบำรุงรักษาและแผนรับมือเหตุฉุกเฉินของโครงการให้มีประสิทธิภาพ

6.กำกับดูแลการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามระบบบริหารคุณภาพ นโยบาย และมาตรฐานของบริษัท

7.บริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล พัฒนาศักยภาพทีมงาน และกำกับดูแลให้ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบของบริษัท

8.จัดทำรายงาน สรุปผลการดำเนินงาน และนำเสนอข้อมูลต่อผู้บริหาร

9.ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications

1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering

2.Holding Thai Professional Engineering License

3.Minimum 10 years experiences with in renewable energy business

4.Minimum 10 years experiences of project management ,design and construction (Solar power plant , Solar Farm , Solar Rooftop project is preferred)

5.Strong knowledge of Solar Farm project , Solar Rooftop project management

6.Strong knowledge in solar pv system ex. AutoCAD , layout , sketchup etc

7.Strong knowledge about EPC contract, TOR and contract negotiation

8.Able to work/travel upcountry has a car with driving license

9.Fluent in English verbal and written

10. Strong leadership , interpersonal and communication skills.

11.Strong problem solving skill ,Service minded, enthusiastic, positive attitude and hard working.
