In this Senior HRD & OD Specialist role, you will be instrumental in driving and managing key human resources and organizational development initiatives. You will contribute to the design and implementation of succession planning programs for critical positions, develop comprehensive onboarding plans for new hires, and oversee the annual promotion assessment process. Additionally, you will supervise Talent Management initiatives and coordinate Management Trainee programs to cultivate future leaders. You will be responsible for identifying, selecting, and developing internal trainers and coaches, as well as designing annual Training Roadmaps aligned with corporate goals and employee competency gaps. This role also involves organizing employee engagement activities, such as Kaizen and Quality Control Circle (QCC) competitions, to foster continuous improvement across the organization.
