Assistant Planning Manager - Aeroworks Group

Work Location: Leam Chabang Industrial Estate (Free Zone 2)

• Develop planning system and maintain project/new item plans, schedules, and cost aligned with organizational objectives.
• Monitor project progress to ensure completion within deadlines.
• Establish and maintain forecast system and capacity utilization.
• Fit order in weekly planning and communicate with production.
• Ensure planning department issue plan according to production capability.
• Follow up status with production, discuss with authorize person before adjusting the planning and communicate with customer.
• Coordinate cross-departmental planning activities, ensuring alignment and communication.
• Take initiative in exchange of information between other departments like production, shipping, purchasing, engineering, warehouse etc.
• Review and report customer scorecard.
• Anything the Manager deems necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or any related fields.
• At least 5 years’ experience in planning, production control, some technical backgrounds will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, ability to work in a high pressure environment and work independently with minimum supervision.
• Have a good systematic thinking and analytical skills.
• Good in English communication both written, spoken.
• Computer skill for MS office.
