Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process for both daily and monthly employees according to plans
- Develop and manage training and development programs aligned with organizational needs
- Administer compensation, payroll, and employee benefits accurately and on time
- Manage and advise on labor relations matters, including conflict resolution
- Coordinate with relevant government agencies to ensure compliance with labor laws
- Prepare reports and analyze HR data to support management decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in human resource management
- Strong understanding and experience in payroll processing, recruitment, and labor relations
- Knowledge of the labor laws of the Lao People's Democratic Republic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in manufacturing, especially the textile or garment industry, is a plus.
